Richard Austin graduated with a degree in Economics from York University in 1988, He was called to the bar in 1994 and has been practicing in various areas of law since his call to the Ontario bar. Richard is an lawyer, founder and principal of Pinnacle Law LLP.
Richard has broad knowledge of corporate, commercial, litigation, taxation and extensive experience in corporate finance. He also has expertise in corporate tax and health care law and policy. He has appeared before various federal and provincial administrative tribunals in Canada.
Richard is knowledgeable in several areas of law and has been personally involved in advising clients on business transactions and litigating various commercial and civil litigation cases. He also takes on an advisory role in other cases, by providing insight and ensuring that each client of the firm gets the best result and receives the maximum compensation they are entitled to, structured according to their specific needs.

Jeff completed a First Degree Honours undergraduate degree at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick. Afterward, she attended Queen’s Law in Kingston where she received a course prize (first place) for Wills & Estates, graduating in 2010. Currently, her focus is estate and trust planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. She first discovered her passion for real estate in 2012 at a law firm in Southwestern Ontario where she worked on real estate transactions as a General Assistant. She went on to obtain her B.A. (Hons.) from Carleton University in 2015, and her J.D. from Western University in 2018. As a law student, Mary participated in various practical clinics and served as a caseworker for Community Legal Services. Mary has strong family ties in Kingston and was happy to make it her home after spending two years as legal counsel for a firm in Southwestern OntarioAssociate Lawyer
Daniel graduated from Queen’s University in 1999 with numerous awards for outstanding achievement, including earning the highest standing in her graduating class. He then practised for several years with a major national law firm where she fine-tuned his skills and gained significant trial experience. Cunningham Swan was lucky to welcome Wilson to the team and she quickly flourished as a litigator, appearing before tribunals and all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada.
