Providing “true copies” of documents
You may be asked to provide “true copies” of certain documents (birth certificates/marriage certificates etc.) for use abroad or for certain types of applications. We can provide witnessed, certified and stamped copies of these documents for you which will be classed as “true copies” if you provide us with the original document.
When submitting certain types of applications, you may be required to produce a statutory declaration (to confirm for example – that you have not been married previously or perhaps to sponsor someone from abroad). We can individually tailor each declaration to suit your needs. Depending on the type of declaration, we are usually able to prepare the document within one hour.
Change of name deed polls
If you wish to legally change your name for any reason, we can assist in the creation of a “Change of name deed”. We will then certify and counter-sign the document to legalise it.
